These Terms apply to the WALI AI Interpretation Android application, web services and supporting cloud platform. Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy in full before using the Service.

1. Parties and scope

These Terms are entered into between you and Shenzhen Baiyi Business Co., Ltd. By selecting “Agree and Continue,” registering, signing in or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you must have the authority required to do so.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Your account is created and managed by you or your organization. You must provide truthful and lawful information and keep your account, password and devices secure. You may not lend or resell an account, or bypass access controls or billing controls. Audio and video calls are available only to accounts with the required membership permissions and completed identity verification; external participants may join through a public invitation subject to the room rules. Children under 14 must not independently register for or use the Service.

3. Service features

The Service may provide online or offline speech recognition, text translation, real-time interpretation captions, conversation translation, text-to-speech, caption history, model downloads, audio and video calls, and related management functions. A host may create an audio or video room and invite participants by link. When shared captions are enabled, participants in the same room can receive synchronized recognition and translation results. Availability depends on account permissions, device capabilities, network conditions, selected languages, installed models and administrative configuration.

4. Acceptable use

You may process only audio, video, text and meeting content for which you have lawful rights or the necessary permission. Before recording, transmitting or translating another person’s conversation or image, you must give any notice and obtain any consent required by law. You must not infringe privacy, personal information rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights or trade secrets; attack the platform; disrupt the Service; or endanger network or data security. You should control the distribution of invitation links and close rooms that are no longer needed.

5. Automated results and risk

Speech recognition, machine translation, AI-assisted translation and text-to-speech produce automated results. Accents, noise, context, terminology and model limitations may cause omissions, delays or errors. Results are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. For matters involving personal safety, property, confidential information or significant decisions, do not rely on automated results alone and arrange review by a qualified person.

6. Intellectual property

Rights in the software, interface, trademarks, documentation and platform technology belong to the developer or their lawful owners. You retain your rights in content lawfully submitted by you and grant the platform only the limited permission necessary to provide recognition, translation, real-time transmission, storage, export and troubleshooting. You may not reverse engineer, copy or distribute protected materials without permission.

7. Fees, changes and termination

Online features and audio or video calls may be charged according to actual usage, participant count or target languages. The rules displayed for your account or when creating a session control. We may adjust the Service for security, compliance or product upgrades and notify you through in-app notices, release notes or website announcements. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access when use violates law or these Terms, or threatens platform security.

8. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to a people’s court with jurisdiction in accordance with law. Official website: www.fanyi.im. 9. Acceptance and updates

When registering your own account, you must actively confirm that you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy before submitting registration. If material changes are made to the Service or to the purposes, methods or categories of personal information processing, we will present the updated documents and request confirmation again. If you do not accept an update, you may stop registration or stop using the affected online features.
